In addition, a full dynamic warm-up and hip and shoulder prehab exercises are included. The program is broken down into three - four week phases that allow athletes to progress through the exercises appropriately. All sets and reps are detailed by the week to ensure proper strength and power training results. Access to a video library is also included so that coaches or athletes can learn how to teach any exercise that they are unfamiliar with. Progressions for advanced exercises are described so that advanced and beginner athletes are challenged appropriately.

through various warm-ups that involve stretching, lateral and linear movements,

This is the same progression of programs that we use with all of our new lacrosse clients at Soar
Fitness. Our average client sees a lean mass weight gain of 5 – 15 lbs., a decrease in 15 yard
sprint time of .1 - .2 seconds and an increased vertical jump of 1 – 3 inches. All you have to do
is follow the week by week program that is already laid out for you.

Just about every exercise in the program can be performed in any basic high school weight room
or recreation center. Suggestions are made in the manual for what to do if you do not have
access to sleds or some of the other implements that we use.
