ABOUT

The Adult
Program

Fitness should improve your life—not leave you feeling miserable for days afterward.
SOAR’s adult fitness programs are built around your body, lifestyle, training history, and goals.

Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve cardio, return to exercise, reduce aches and pains, or simply stay strong and active, we create a training approach that works for you.

Every adult begins with a 30-minute one-on-one movement assessment to identify limitations, discuss goals, and determine the best path forward. If an exercise hurts, we adjust the movement or find a better alternative.

You’ll be challenged—but you’ll progress at your pace.
